Payment for sponsorships or exhibit space must be made via credit card when the application is submitted.

All organizations that have purchased a booth at the Esri User Conference are entitled to a 10% discount on sponsorships or exhibit spaces at the Esri Imaging and Mapping Forum, Esri Business Summit, Esri Education GIS Conference, and Esri National Security and Public Safety Summit.

Includes the UC plenary, all scheduled sessions, workshops, meals, and beverage breaks. UC registrations are limited for use exclusively by direct company employees. Registrations may not be transferred to anyone, including but not limited to contractors, consultants, family members, partners, clients, or other Esri clients or partners without express written consent from Esri. This provision is intended to be interpreted in its broadest sense and will be strictly enforced.
