Interactive Atlas of Heart Disease and Stroke  [site]

This site was created by the Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to document geographic disparities in cardiovascular diseases and their risk factors at the county level. Geographic Information Services, Inc. developed the site using ArcGIS Server with Flex API.
