Maintaining Efficient Operations Companywide

As a global company, we make our products available to customers in nearly every country in the world. The Operations team performs vital services to support this in the areas of product release planning and supply chain services.

• Digital Content Management—Employees catalog and administer metadata for digital resources used for manufacturing and Web deployment. We maintain attribute data and business rules for thousands of products released into our sales channels.
• Electronic Software Downloads—Teams manage workflows of software file systems and coordinate release dates for downloads on the Web.
• Media Production—Esri provides its products to customers on a variety of media formats. Duplication capabilities include USB flash, DVD, CD, and hard disc. Support is provided for printing digital documents including marketing materials, direct mail pieces, books, and large format maps.
• Logistics and Warehousing—Transportation planning and import/export administration is managed for thousands of shipments to Esri's international distributors, business partners, and customers worldwide. Our supply chain and warehouse facilities process thousands of receipt and shipment transactions for mailings, air freight, trucking, and package delivery.
