What was your role? I performed monthly budget analysis and forecasting for Esri and its international subsidiaries. Also, I reconciled monthly operating expenses to the general ledger for several remote offices.
Coolest thing about working at Esri? It was great to have the opportunity to work for a company that creates such useful products that allow a wide variety of people in various domain spaces to do many amazing things in the world.
Most important thing you learned during your internship? Working in finance/accounting allowed me to get a behind-the-scenes perspective and really learn about all aspects of the business here at Esri. This is a large company with several different components, and I was able to get an idea of what it takes in terms of resources to make a business such as this operate at such a high level.

Last movie you saw? Thumbs up or thumbs down? We Are the Millers. Thumbs up!
