Contracts and Legal Services

Students majoring in law, business, or contracts administration may work on our legal, domestic and international contracts, or Professional Services teams.

We seek knowledge of contracts administration and negotiation and copyright, trademark, and license agreements.

In the summer of 2012, interns worked on a variety of projects such as

• Negotiating changes on international contracts
• Research and documentation for the nine major CAS compliance initiatives
• Research and analysis to streamline contracting processes
