Educational Services and Technical Support

Depending on the division's needs, you could work on desktop support, internal training, technical writing, curriculum development, or business support team.

We seek students who are majoring in GIS, geography, or business and have knowledge of GIS and Esri products; good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills; and technical knowledge.

Projects the interns completed this past summer included

• Authoring a tutorial on the creation of web maps for ArcGIS Online
• Developing curriculum for instructor-led training for the ArcGIS 10.1 release
• Assisting Esri customers and support analysts with incident reports via e-mail and phone
