Free Esri Data & Maps 2009 Update AvailableArcGIS 9.3.1 users current on maintenance can now request the at no cost. The 2009 update is a stand-alone collection of Esri Data & Maps datasets and includes ready-to-use display files (.mxd, .lyr, .pmf, and .axl) and HTML Help files.
