Fifteen years ago, the culinary offerings in Redlands were rather slim. The area's rapid growth since then, however, has completely changed the scene, and some delightful and varied eating is now available. With a little exploration and testing, you will find your own favorites, be they "holes-in-the-wall" or shining new buildings. The listing below is arranged alphabetically by nationality or type of food.

Rather than try to list every restaurant in Redlands and its surroundings, we have decided to provide you a list of a few personal favorites among ESRI employees. For a complete list of all restaurants in the Redlands area, check the yellow pages.

Cost per person is denoted by the following scale: "Expensive" is $20-$40; "Moderate" is $10-$20; and "Inexpensive" is under $10. Prices do not reflect sales tax, service, or drinks.
