What is in the Program

The Enterprise Advantage Program combines the expertise of the Esri Professional Services, Educational Services, and Support Services specialists to provide options for the highest level of support available.

The program is a prepaid technical advisory, consulting, training, and support subscription designed to meet the specialized needs of Esri's enterprise GIS customers in the United States. Specific components include the following.

Assigned technical advisor: Access to a technical advisor who knows your business and technical needs and objectives and provides high-level advice on GIS technology strategies, architectures, product selection, and release planning.

Annual GIS strategy review meeting: One-day annual strategy planning and review meeting conducted at Esri in Redlands or an Esri regional office.

Learning and services credits: A flexible approach to accessing consulting services support, training, and Premium Support Services.

Exclusive enterprise-related webcasts: Quarterly web-casts presenting business and technical information related to enterprise GIS.

All program components are included in your subscription fees. You may choose to use only those components that best meet your needs.

Note: The Enterprise Advantage Program allows you to receive general technical advisory and consulting support; any project-related activities that require additional Esri Professional Services support will be scoped, budgeted, and scheduled separately.
