Esri Signs Enterprise Agreement with Harris Corporation to Modernize Data Production from New Image Sources

Redlands, California—Esri, the global leader in spatial analytics, announced today that it has signed an enterprise agreement with Harris Corporation. Also, Harris Corporation has become an Esri Platinum Tier partner. The agreement and partnership afford the corporation access to all Esri software and top-level benefits of the Esri Partner Network throughout the Harris Space and Intelligence Systems segment. This commitment to collaboration will help programs across multiple security domains meet the expected surge of commercial imagery from small satellites, unmanned aerial system platforms, and open data sources.

"We are looking forward to continuing this partnership, especially now that we have the opportunity to further align our geospatial technology with Esri’s GIS platform capabilities," said Stuart Blundell, director of strategy, Harris Geospatial Solutions. "The five-year enterprise agreement and Platinum partnership with Esri will be a boon to our ongoing mission of modernizing geospatial data production services for federal agencies."

Esri and Harris Corporation are embarking on a broad strategic relationship to develop geospatial intelligence data production apps and tools for federal agencies. The partnership will significantly advance operational efficiency by automating the analysis of data and imagery for organizations that are increasingly relying on data integration in maps and imagery analytics.

"Harris Corporation is a key solution provider for Esri in the federal services space," said Lawrie Jordan, Esri director of imagery enterprise solutions. "We are confident that its leadership in geospatial data processing and analytics, including lidar, will continue to drive success in our partnership."
