Registration includes all scheduled sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, and socials.

As an added benefit to attending the 3D Mapping Forum, registration fees also include:

  • Monday and Tuesday's Esri International User Conference (UC) events such as the Plenary Session, Academic GIS Program Fair, Map Gallery Opening and Evening Reception, and Special Displays.

Check-In Information

If you register by June 29th, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please review your confirmation to verify its accuracy. E-mail or call us at 909-793-2853, ext. 1363 if you have any questions. We recommend bringing a copy of your confirmation email to expedite your check-in process.

All registrations received after June 29th will be processed on-site.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after June 20 will forfeit their registration fees. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of an Esri cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
