Confirmation

A confirmation will be sent to you 7 to 10 days after we receive your completed registration form. Check your confirmation for accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after 29 October, 2013 will forfeit their entire registration fee. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If the event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded.

Registration Details
All registrations, excluding Student and Exhibitor Only, include admission to all sessions; a delegate information pack; catering and social networking functions as per your chosen registration.  Please see below inclusions for all registration packages.

Esri Singapore reserves the right to refuse the registration of any delegates.

Full Registration
Full registrations include admission to all sessions; a delegate information pack; catering and social networking functions including Gala Dinner.

Presenter Registration
A special rate Presenter Registration is offered to delegates who are scheduled, as part of the official conference program, to present an abstract at APUC. Esri Singapore reserves the right to charge the full registration fee where a delegate has registered as a Presenter and their presentation has subsequently been cancelled or withdrawn.

Student Registration
Available to full-time students only. A Student Registration includes: admission to all sessions; an official delegate information pack; morning and afternoon teas; lunch; and entrance to the exhibition hall.  A valid student identification must accompany registration. Tickets to social functions may be purchased separately.

Singapore Governmental Organisation Registration
Available to members of Singapore Governmental organisations only.

International Distributor Registration
Only available to staff members of the Esri International Distributor Network.

Day Registration
Registration includes: admission for the nominated day; delegate information pack; entrance to the exhibition hall; plus additional social function attendance as indicated below.

(Includes one ticket to the Farewell Function)

Tickets to Opening Networking Function and Gala Dinner may be purchased separately.

Exhibitor Only Registration
Exhibitor Only registrations include Welcome Networking Function and day catering (morning and afternoon tea). It does not include Gala Dinner or entry to sessions.

Group Registration
Group registrations must be received at the same time to be eligible for the group discount.  A separate form must be completed for each delegate registration which can be faxed or emailed to the Conference Organisers or a form can be completed online.  For further information contact Conference Secretariat Rhiane Ball on +61 (0)2 9965 4312 or email r.ball@ideventsaustralia.com.

Pre-conference Workshops Registration*
Registration for the workshops is in addition to the conference registration.

*To attend any of the pre-conference workshops you must be registered for APUC 2013. Please refer to your registration form.
Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration and/or accommodation preferences will be provided in writing via email. Please check this information for accuracy and notify the Conference Secretariat (Rhiane Ball) in writing of any amendments.

Cancellation Policy
By completing the registration form you are committed to attend the APUC 2013 Conference. We will accept cancellations received on or before Tuesday, October 29, 2013. All fees will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. Should you cancel after Tuesday, October 29, 2013 a 100% registration cancellation fee will apply. However, you will be able to transfer your registration to another person up to seven days prior to the start of the conference. All cancellations or registration transfer requests must be made in writing to the APUC 2013 Conference Secretariat: r.ball@ideventsaustralia.com. The conference organisers reserve the right to change the venue, event duration, and (if exceptional circumstances demand) cancel the event. In this instance all efforts will be made to provide timely notification.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind.  It is strongly recommended that when registering for the Conference and booking travel, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc.  Esri Singapore and the Conference Secretariat take no responsibility for any delegate failing to acquire appropriate insurance.

Privacy
By completing the attached registration form or registering online, your details will be added to Esri Singapore’s email and mailing database. If you do not wish to be placed on our mailing list, please indicate your preference in the registration form. The Platinum Sponsor for APUC 2013 will be given access to delegate contact details. If you do not wish for your details to be included in this list, please indicate your preference in the registration form.

Accommodation
All accommodation rates are quoted in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of 7% GST.

Block bookings have been made at the hotels listed below at special conference rates.  In order to secure the special conference hotel rates you must book on or before Friday, October 11, 2013. Bookings after this date will be subject to availability.  A deposit of one night’s accommodation or credit card details is required to secure your booking.  Deposits and credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel, and delegates are responsible for paying the balance of their account on departure from the hotel. Please note accommodation must be made through the Conference Secretariat in order to receive the special conference room rate.

All alterations or cancellations to accommodation should be made via the Conference Secretariat. Some hotels may apply a cancellation fee of the first night’s deposit for cancelled reservations.  Accommodation deposits may also be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested ‘check in’ date.
