Registration includes all scheduled sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, and socials at the Business Summit.

As an added benefit, by registering for the Business Summit, you will gain access to Monday and Tuesday's Esri User Conference (Esri UC) events such as the Plenary Session, Academic GIS Program Fair, Map Gallery Opening and Evening Reception, Special Displays, Esri Showcase, GIS Solutions Expo, and scheduled sessions on Tuesday.

Registration Guidelines

  • Use your Esri Account user name and password to access the registration form.
  • If you've submitted an abstract, use the same user name and password to access your account.

Confirmation

If you register online you will receive a confirmation email 7 to 10 working days after we receive your registration. Registration and check in for the Business Summit will be at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront on Saturday, July 18. Check your confirmation to verify its accuracy and email or call us at 909-793-2853, ext. 1363 if you have any questions. We recommend bringing your confirmation to expedite check in.

Badges

A photo ID is required to receive your badge. Badges for the Business Summit can be picked up at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront on Saturday, July 18. The Agenda at a Glance provides times and check in location for after July 18. A $20 replacement fee is required for any lost badge.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after June 26, 2015 will forfeit their registration fees. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of an Esri cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
