Do I have to be an Esri customer to attend the Business Summit?

The Business Summit is open to customers and prospective customers. To obtain your install/customer number call registration at 909-793-2853, extension 1-1363.

Are discounted registration rates offered for the Business Summit?

The fee for the Business Summit is $229, and there are no discounted rates offered.

Does a UC complimentary registration include the Business Summit?

Complimentary registrations issued for current maintenance only applies to the International User Conference and does not cover the fee for the Business Summit.

What does the registration fee include?

The Business Summit registration includes the plenary session, breakout sessions and EXPO and social on Sunday, July 7. The International User Conference plenary session and map gallery opening and evening reception on Monday, July 8 and all sessions on July 9 are also included.

Can I bring my family?

Only registered attendees have access to the Summit. Family is welcome to attend the UC map gallery opening and evening reception on Monday, July 8 from 3:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. in the San Diego Convention Center.

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Purchase orders orders can only be accepted from Esri customers in good credit standing. A copy of the purchase order with the correct amount and attendee name must be faxed to 909-307-3128, Attn: UC Registration. Invoices are processed about 30 days after the event.

Traveler's checks and cash will also be accepted at the on-saite registration counter.

When will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

A confirmation will be e-mailed seven to 10 business days after the registration is submitted online.

What time should I arrive to check in for the summit?

If you preregistered and do not have a balance due, you may want to be at the Convention Center an hour before the conference starts. If you need to register on-site, or if you have a balance due, you should be there about one and one-half hours before the conference begins.

Is there a parking fee for the event?

Parking at the Convention Center is Self Park at a rate of $10 per day. Get information on parking at the SDCC.

Where do I go to pick up my badge and check in for the Business Summit?

Registration will be located in the Grand Lobby of the San Diego Convention Center. Check your confirmation for check-in times and for information on where to check in.

What do I need to bring to check in for the summit?

A photo ID is required to pick up your badge. It helps to bring a copy of your confirmation letter.

Do I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?

A full refund for the registration fee will be given if the registration is cancelled by June 29, 2012. You must notify registration at 909-793-2853, extension 1-1363, to cancel your registration.

How can I get assistance if I qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act?
