Note: Complimentary registrations do not apply to the summit.

What's Included

Registration includes all scheduled sessions, refreshment breaks, and the GIS Solutions EXPO and social on Sunday, July 22.

Monday and Tuesday's Esri International User Conference events are also included in your summit registration: Plenary session, Academic GIS Program Fair, Map Gallery Opening and Evening Reception, and Special Displays.

Badges

Photo ID is required for badge pickup. Refer to your confirmation for registration times and locations. A $100 replacement fee will be required for any lost badge.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed registrants who do not participate, or who cancel after June 29, 2012, will forfeit their entire registration fees. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of an Esri cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
