Call for Presentations

ESRI Users are invited to present at the CA/HI/NV RUG Conference and share their knowledge and experience in implementing GIS technology. Papers should explain the application of GIS in one of the topics listed below, lessons learned, and the return on investment and benefit of implementing a GIS solution.

Submission Guidelines

  • Your title may not exceed 10 words.
  • Your abstract may not exceed 150 words.
  • No bullet points, numbering, or all CAPITAL LETTERS should be used, and submissions must be in English. Remember, the information you enter is used for publishing purposes (e.g., Web site, agenda, CD-ROM).
  • At no time is it permissible for presenters to use their time slot to advertise or promote a product, service, or company.

Important Information

  • The committee will evaluate abstracts and make selections based on topic, content, and time available; we cannot guarantee that all submissions will be accepted.
  • All authors will be notified after the selection process and provided with presenter information if applicable.
  • Authors will present in a 25-minute live presentation as part of a moderated session.
