Train

There is a direct train connection from Schiphol to Rotterdam. It will take approximately one hour to reach Rotterdam.

Digital ticket machines are available in the main hall of Schiphol. You can pay with PIN, VISA, or other credit card.

Taxi

When you arrive in Rotterdam by train, you can find taxis by following the directions below:

• Walk down the stairs.
• At the bottom of the stairs, head to the front of the station by following the numbers on the platforms; 1 is located in the front of the station, and 13 is in the back of the station.
• At the front of the station, continue straight ahead.
• Walk for a minute; then turn left, following the metro signs along the yellow walls.
• Next, turn right and walk straight ahead, past the metro station, until you see the trolleys.
• When you arrive at the trolleys, turn left and continue until you reach the taxi platform.

Subway or Bus

When you travel by bus, tram, or subway in Rotterdam, you have to have an OV-chipcard. You can buy them at the train station or in the subway station.
