Esri Developer Summit

About the Summit

The Esri Developer Summit (DevSummit) is an annual gathering of developers who want to learn what tools are available for creating mapping applications or adding mapping capabilities to existing applications.

The DevSummit includes

  • Deep-dive sessions that cover various aspects of Esri's ArcGIS system
  • Presentations by developers using Esri technology
  • Opportunities to meet directly with Esri product engineers

Justify Your Attendance

The DevSummit will feature preconference seminars, a Plenary Session, a keynote speaker discussion, technical sessions, and user presentations. You can also visit the Tech Support islands, where you'll work one-on-one with developers and GIS analysts to answer your questions and troubleshoot.

The DevSummit will help you

  • Learn best practices for all aspects of ArcGIS, both from your peers and from Esri development staff.
  • Understand and become more effective with coding languages, such as Python.
  • Get your specific questions answered by the engineers who build Esri software.
  • Become up-to-date with current technology.
  • Find out about the road ahead for ArcGIS so you can start planning.

An excellent resource for networking with other GIS developers and learning about the latest technology.
