This training teaches experienced JavaScript developers the fundamentals of AngularJS, a powerful JavaScript framework that facilitates building single-page applications.

What do I need to bring?

Students must bring a laptop containing a recent version of Windows, Mac OS, or Linux. Your machine must also contain Google Chrome with the Batarang plug-in (other browsers may be loaded in addition to this, but Chrome with Batarang is required). A text editor/IDE of your choice and Node.js is also required. Unfortunately for this course, loaner or classroom machines are NOT provided or available. You must bring your own.

Why do I need this class?

Students will learn to build single-page applications using AngularJS, and Ajax applications using AngularJS that call RESTful services on the back end. This course will help build a better understanding of the Architecture of AngularJS Applications, and AngularJS controllers, expressions, and scopes.

All attendees must have at least one year prior work experience writing JavaScript code from scratch.
