The Education GIS Conference registration includes the plenary sessions, breakout sessions and EXPO and socials on Saturday, July 12 and Sunday July 13. The International User Conference plenary session and map gallery opening and evening reception on Monday, July 14 and all sessions on Tuesday, July 15 are also included.

If you register online you will receive a confirmation email 7 to 10 working days after we receive your registration. Registration and check in for the Education GIS Conference will be at the Marriott Marquis & Marina, South Tower, Marina Foyer, Level 3 on Saturday July 12 – Sunday July 13. Check your confirmation to verify its accuracy and email or call us at 909-793-2853, ext. 1363 if you have any questions. We recommend bringing your confirmation to expedite check in.
A photo ID is required to receive your badge. Badges for the Education GIS Conference can be picked up at the Marriott Marquis & Marina, South Tower, Marina Foyer, Level 3 on Saturday July 12 – Sunday July 13. The Agenda at a Glance provides times and check in location for after July 13. A $20 replacement fee is required for any lost badge.

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after June 20 will forfeit their registration fees. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of an Esri cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
