Registration will be located in the Marina Foyer, located on the 3rd Level in the South Tower of the Marriott. You will need a photo ID to pick up your badge. Registration times and locations are listed in your registration confirmation.
Yes. If you have a balance due at the time of the conference, you will need to pay at the on-site Registration Desk. The Registration Desk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, traveler's checks, and cash.
Esri customers with accounts in good standing can be invoiced for the conference. A purchase order with the correct amount and attendee name must be faxed to 909-307-3128, Attention: UC Registration. Invoices are processed about 30 days after the conference.
Yes. We will process credit card/check refunds for cancellations received before June 3, 2016. Refunds normally take 4-6 weeks to credit your account. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after the deadline will forfeit their registration fees. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of an Esri cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
If you have already registered and do not have a balance due, you may want to pick up your badge an hour before sessions begin. If you are going to register on-site, or if you have a balance due, you should be there 90 minutes before the conference begins.

You can modify/cancel your hotel reservation by logging into your My UC Account or by using the modify/cancel links in your hotel confirmation email.
There is a $100 cancellation fee charged by Esri for hotel reservations cancelled after 5 P.M. (PST) on April 12, 2016. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file that was used to book the hotel room. This fee is separate from any fees the hotel may charge for cancellations or no shows. Please check with the hotel directly for their cancellation policy.
Only registered attendees are allowed in the sessions and Expo. The minimum age requirement for attendees is 18 years old.
If your organization is eligible for UC complimentary registrations through an Education Site License you qualify to register for both the UC and the Education GIS Conference as complimentary. Separate fees will be charged for other industry events or preconference seminars that are added to your registration.
Acceptance as a presenter does not automatically register you for the event and registration fees do apply.

Coats and luggage can be checked in Grand Lobby C of the Convention Center.
Students may apply to participate in the Student Assistant Program.
