Cancellation Policy

• Written notice of cancellation received by the event organizer not later than sixty (60) days prior to the setup date entitles sponsor to receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of exhibit fees paid.
• Any written notice of cancellation received by the event organizer less than sixty (60) days prior to the setup date will not entitle sponsor to receive a refund.
