Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation received by the event organizer not later than sixty (60) days prior to the setup date entitles sponsor to receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of exhibit fees paid.
Any written notice of cancellation received by the event organizer less than sixty (60) days prior to the setup date will not entitle sponsor to receive a refund.
