Map Gallery Submissions

Submission Guidelines

Entries should be cartographic products and may incorporate more than one actual map.

• The required dimensions are 24" x 36"
• The maximum acceptable file size is 20 MB
• Files must be in PDF format (include all fonts or convert to outlines)
• Esri will print your map for display

When submitting, you will be asked for the following information:

• Title of map
• Author(s)
• Primary contact
• E-mail
• Phone number
• Organization
• Esri products used (license level and extensions)
• Brief description of map (20 words maximum)

Any maps not meeting these guidelines will not be displayed at the conference.

Note: Map Gallery participants are encouraged to claim their posters between 12 and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27. All posters not claimed will be discarded.
