Abstract: This workshop will include a summary of various ArcGIS technologies and solutions built to meet various organizational requirements for interoperability and geospatial standards support. Global Support Summit Overview
Abstract: International Support team focuses on processes, services, and best practices for Esri’s International Distributors to improve their support organizations and provide a higher level of support to their customers on the ArcGIS platform. The session will focus on a variety of key support initiatives including new frameworks for securing contract renewals, growing the customer base, updates to online support resources, and the Distributor Benchmarking program. These initiatives address all aspects of providing technical support and are designed to help Distributors increase revenue, build customer loyalty, and create opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
