During the Awards Luncheon, ESRI recognizes those in the health and human services fields who are using GIS in an innovative way. You'll meet the judges and winners of the Vision Award, Service Award, and Communication Award.
Speaker: Dr. Jane Linder, Principal, NWN Corporation

Dr. Linder will discuss the surprising nature of wildly successful initiatives and what leaders have to do differently to "grow good little ideas" into incredible outcomes. Her research draws on examples from public and private sectors, small organizations and large. In her work with human service organizations, Dr. Linder has helped her clients both improve service to citizens and reduce costs.
