The fee for the National Security Summit is $375. There is a discounted rate of $249 available for the U.S. Federal Government. You may also pay a reduced rate of $325 if you book a minimum of 2 nights within the Esri hotel block at the Hilton Bayfront, Omni, Marriott Marquis, Grand Hyatt, Marriott Mission Valley or Doubletree Mission Valley between July 11 and July 14, 2014.
Complimentary registrations issued for current maintenance only applies to the International User Conference and does not cover the fee for the National Security Summit
A confirmation will be e-mailed from 7 to 10 business days after the registration is submitted online.
Yes. If you have a balance due at the time of the conference, you will need to pay at the on-site Registration Desk. The Registration Desk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, traveler's checks, and cash.
Registration will be located in the Indigo Foyer of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. You will need a photo ID to pick up your badge. Registration times and locations are listed in your registration confirmation.
Yes. We will process credit card/check refunds for cancellations received by June 20. Refunds normally take 4–6 weeks to credit your account. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after the deadline will forfeit their registration fees. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. Registration fees for canceled events will be refunded.
Only registered attendees have access to the Summit. Family is welcome to attend the UC map gallery opening and evening reception on Monday, July 14 from 3:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. in the San Diego Convention Center.

A photo ID is required to pick up your badge. It helps to bring a copy of your confirmation letter.
