The fee for the National Security Summit is $325, and there are no discounted rates offered.
Complimentary registrations issued for current maintenance only applies to the International User Conference and does not cover the fee for the National Security Summit
The National Security Summit registration includes the plenary session, breakout sessions and EXPO and social on Saturday, July 6. The International User Conference plenary session and map gallery opening and evening reception on Monday, July 8 and all sessions on Tuesday, July 9 are also included.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Purchase orders can only be accepted from Esri customers in good credit standing. A copy of the purchase order with the correct amount and attendee name must be faxed to 909-307-3128, Attn.: UC Registration. Invoices are processed about 30 days after the event.
Traveler's checks and cash will also be accepted at the on-site Registration Desk.
A confirmation will be e-mailed from 7 to 10 business days after the registration is submitted online.
Yes. If you have a balance due at the time of the conference, you will need to pay at the on-site Registration Desk located in Hall E of the San Diego Convention Center. The Registration Desk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, traveler's checks, and cash.
If you registered, received a confirmation, and do not need to make a payment, please pick up your badge in the Indigo Foyer of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. If you need to register, change an existing registration, or make a payment, please visit the on-site registration counter located in the San Diego Convention Center, Hall E to pick up your badge. You will need a photo ID to pick up your badge. Registration times and locations are listed in your registration confirmation.
Yes. We will process credit card/check refunds for cancellations received by June 14. Refunds normally take 4–6 weeks to credit your account. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after the deadline will forfeit their registration fees. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. Registration fees for canceled events will be refunded.
Only registered attendees have access to the Summit. Family is welcome to attend the UC map gallery opening and evening reception on Monday, July 8 from 3:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. in the San Diego Convention Center.

A photo ID is required to pick up your badge. It helps to bring a copy of your confirmation letter.
