Conditions

The registration fee is per person. All prices include local sales tax. The price of registration depends on the date when the transfer or deposit has been done. After making the deposit or transfer, please send the scanned voucher via e-mail to lauc@telematica.com.pe and include "LAUC 2013 REGISTRATION" in the subject line.

Note to Peruvian organizations: By Peruvian law, if your invoice's total amount is more than S/.700.00, it is subject to 9 percent detraction, in which case your organization would have to submit payment to Banco de la Nación into TELEMATICA S.A. detraction account N°00000737852.

Confirmation

Every 2013 LAUC attendee must have their respective registration already confirmed by the organizers before the event's beginning in order to guarantee admission to the event.

The registration fee indicated in the table above should be paid for in full to obtain the confirmation from the organizers. The organizers will send a registration confirmation via e-mail.

Registration fees that have been done by transfer will not be confirmed until the transfer has been received. The organizers reserve the right to refuse any incomplete registration application. Once payment and registration have been confirmed, an invoice will be generated and delivered per the attendee contact information. Photo ID is required for receiving badges.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require written notice to lauc@telematica.com.pe. Confirmed registrants who cancel on or before September 30, 2013, will be reimbursed their registration fee minus a 20 percent handling fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after September 30, 2013, will forfeit their entire registration fee. The organizers reserve the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If the organizers cancel a training class, registration fees will be refunded. As an option, confirmed registrants who cancel on or before September 30, 2013, may transfer their registration information (name and details) to another person in their organization, in which case the organization that made the payment would have to send an official letter indicating as much. After September 30, 2013, this option will no longer be valid.
