Registration

Registration is by invitation only and is complimentary.

Position Paper

Once you have registered for the Esri Oceans Summit, please submit a position paper to tell us a bit more about yourself and your organization. This paper will help us as we finalize the agenda for the summit and ensure that we focus on the topics that are most important to you.

Submit your position paper as a one- to two-page, single-spaced Word or PDF file via email to oceansreg@esri.com. Please include the following:

• Your contact information
• A summary of your lab, campus, or organization's ocean GIS activities
• A brief description of the ocean GIS issues that most concern you and impact your work (see the summit agenda for examples.)

Please restrict the length of your paper to two pages, single-spaced.

What's Included

Registration includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, networking luncheons and a social.

Confirmation

A confirmation will be sent to you 7 to 10 days after we receive your completed registration form and position paper. Check your confirmation for accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us should you need to cancel your registration. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met.
