Registration

Registration includes all scheduled sessions and workshops; access to the Map Gallery, GIS Solutions EXPO, and Tuesday social; and lunches and beverage breaks Monday through Wednesday. The postconference workshop is not included, and a separate fee is applicable.

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent to you 7 to 10 days after we receive your completed registration form. Check your confirmation for accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after August 17, 2012, will forfeit their entire registration fee. If you have registered for the GIS in the Rockies Conference and received the discounted rate and you cancel your registration for that event, you must pay the full conference registration rate. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels the event, registration fees will be refunded.
