User Software Applications Fair Submissions

Entrants into the Fair will be organized by application category. The categories are focused on the scope, creativity, effectiveness and delivery of an application to meet the stated requirements, independent of the ESRI GIS software used to create it.

The winners will be those applications that make the best use of ESRI software (alone or in combination) in each of the following categories

• Embedded GIS Application —focuses on the use of GIS components/functionality within other software applications
• Desktop GIS Application —for stand-alone GIS applications - including AML, VBA, Avenue, MapObjects and ArcPad
• Web-Based Application —for GIS Applications delivered to the end-user via web browser

**No entry of a commercially available (3rd-Party) GIS application will be permitted. If you have a software application that is marketed as a commercial product, you are invited to participate in the Exhibit Pavilion. Integration with non-GIS applications is encouraged.

Submission request forms will be available through June 13, 2008. By filling out the online submission form, you will automatically receive an information packet that will give all the details regarding the requirements for your entry. The completed packet must be returned by July 11, 2008.
