Esri Software Promotion for GIS Students at Institutions with a Campus-Wide Site License

ArcGIS Desktop and Extensions Student Edition—One-Year Education Use Only (media and license)

Esri offers an ArcGIS Desktop Student 1-year license for use by students at colleges and universities that are a part of an Esri campus-wide site license. You can view the list of institutions with a qualifying campus-wide site license.

All software requests must be made by and shipped directly to a verified faculty or full time staff member at their campus address using this form. All requests will be verified by Esri Customer Service for eligibility. The faculty or staff requesting the software must distribute the software to qualified students for educational use only and must agree to provide technical support to their students.

Student licenses can be delivered digitally or on DVD for ArcGIS Desktop version 10. If digital delivery is selected, the requestor will receive a list of authorization numbers via email. If DVD delivery is selected, the requestor will receive the DVDs via UPS Ground Service.
