ArcGIS: A Solution for OILSTOCK

OILSTOCK was developed by the U.S. government in 1999 to provide specialized GIS functionality that could not be delivered by then-available, commercial off-the-shelf technology. On September 30, 2002, support for OILSTOCK ceased.
