ELAs for Local Government

Develop an organization-wide GIS program with an ELA.

Regional governments and large cities and counties have embraced ESRI Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs). Organizations can enter into a negotiated ELA to secure the ESRI software, services, and training they need.

Local governments with populations of 100,000 or fewer can take advantage of the Small Municipal and County Government Enterprise License Agreement program.

What's Included?

These ELAs generally include core products such as ArcInfo, ArcEditor, and ArcView and can be tailored to meet the users needs. ArcGIS software is an open and interoperable technology platform that provides advanced visualization and cartographic capabilities, spatial analysis, and geographic data management. It is a complete system to author, serve, and use geographic information and serves analysts, decision makers, field staff, and the public through mobile, Web, and desktop clients.
