What Is an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA)?

An ELA contract allows you to make annual payments to ESRI for a three-year period in exchange for a package of software, maintenance, services and training. ELAs permit deployment of unlimited quantities of selected ESRI products over the term of the agreement.

Who are ELA's Available To?

ESRI offers ELAs that can be designed to fit many of different customer's requirements and infrastructures. There are ELAs for many types of customers: commercial businesses; federal, state, regional, and local government agencies; small utilities; and other qualifying organizations.
