ELAs for Small Municipal and County Government
A Big Program for Small GovernmentGovernments in the United States with populations of 100,000 or fewer can take advantage of the Small Municipal and County Government Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) program. Counties, cities, villages, parishes, townships, and boroughs are eligible. If you qualify, you can use unlimited amounts of ArcGIS software throughout your organization. The ELA spans three years and follows a tiered pricing schedule that fits into government budgets. Removing financial and administrative barriers will help you quickly achieve an enterprise-wide GIS that improves government operations and service to citizens.
