User Community
Networking with other utility users is often the best way to get answers to your questions or identify opportunities to extend the benefits of your GIS. ESRI supports user interaction through a variety of conferences, special interest group meetings, and user communication forums, both face-to-face and electronically.
The ESRI Electric and Gas User Group
EGUG meets every year during the fall to share ideas. Each year a member utility hosts the event. This international meeting draws a wide range of users from small municipal utilities to large global utilities.
