LandWorks, Inc.'s LPM-GIS allows the land professional to use a simple, intuitive, ArcGIS interface to digital spatial data for each right-of-way agreement along with associated tabular data, such as owner information, provisions and obligations, and key dates. The LandWorks Toolbox provides easy-to-use mapping and analysis tools that simplify the analysis of the right-of-way data and the generation of presentation-quality maps. LPM-GIS provides document management functionality, allowing scanned right-of-way agreements to be accessed and viewed directly from the ArcGIS Desktop interface. LPM is available for ArcGIS 8.x and 9.x, for either shapefiles or ArcSDE.
