How do I request a key code and/or new license file?

The keycode request form is located at http://service.esri.com. You will need to select "Request a New License File". If you have any questions regarding this form, please contact your Customer Service Representative for assistance.

How do I register my single use software license?

The registration form is located at http://service.esri.com. You will need to select “Product Registration”. This link is used to register your single use ArcGIS for Desktop software (Basic, Standard, Advanced), including ArcGIS for Desktop extensions, ArcGIS for Server software including server extensions, and developer software (i.e. ArcGIS Engine).  If you have any questions regarding this form, please contact your Customer Service Representative for assistance.

Who will send me my software media?

Your software media will be automatically sent to the site license coordinator by your Customer Service Representative. If you have any questions or concerns regarding media, please contact your Customer Service Representative.

I am the Central Site Administrator, who do I contact when I have general requests and/or questions?

Your Customer Service Representative will be responding to your day-to-day requests. They will also handle your invoicing and any questions regarding your entitlements, please contact your Customer Service Representative for assistance.

How can I download, activate, and manage my software licenses?

At version 10, the software download and authorization numbers for EA entitlements can be accessed through the Esri Customer Care Site customers.esri.com using your global account. If you have questions regarding your global account, version 10, the software download or authorization numbers, contact your Customer Service Representative for assistance.
