Procurement and Purchasing

As a federal user, agency, or authorized federal contractor, you have several easy-to-use options for purchasing software from Esri.

• GSA Schedule
  Esri offers a scalable family of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) GIS software, training, services, and technical support through the Esri Federal GSA Schedule.
• GSA SmartBUY
  If your agency has signed an enterprise license agreement (ELA) with Esri, you can order software, training, and support through the Federal GIS Program.
• GSA Geospatial SmartBUY BPA
  The new Geospatial SmartBUY program with Esri offers bundled geospatial software solutions, as well as select offerings for training and professional services. GSA Schedule and Geospatial SmartBUY Access.
  
• Enterprise License Agreements for Government
  The enterprise license agreement contract extends unlimited amounts of ArcGIS software to government departments, agencies, or entire organizations so they can achieve an enterprise-wide GIS.

• Blanket Purchase Agreement
  A blanket purchase agreement (BPA) under the GSA Federal Supply Schedules Program has been permitted for a long time. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.303-2(c)(3) states that "BPAs may be established with Federal Supply Schedule contractors . . ."
  • Esri and the U.S. Department of Agriculture
    The USDA has a site license agreement with Esri.
• Individual Agreements
  Esri federal contracts offer the Esri family of GIS software to eligible agencies.
• Contractors
