CATS from DTRA works together with ArcView 9.1 from ESRI. Each organization handles requests for its own software.
- To order ArcView 9.1 from ESRI, print and complete the appropriate ArcView Bundle order form.
- Mail or fax the completed form, along with your credit card information OR a purchase order issued to ESRI, to Julie Cariota at ESRI.
Prior to ESRI shipping the ArcView Bundle your CATS request status will be validated with DTRA.
- Go to the
Defense Threat Reduction Agency and follow the instructions to get CATS. CATS is free of charge, but requires registration and approval through DTRA.
