Esri License Agreement (E204, E300)
Most Esri products are licensed under the license agreement included with the product or an Esri Enterprise ELA. Esri generally requires signed licenses for server products, developer products, and Web services.
A signed Master License Agreement (MLA) is required for some Esri products. The signature page will be provided by Esri or its distributor and will incorporate the Master License Agreement Terms and Conditions as noted below. Please check the Master License Agreement Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
General Terms of Use. Access to and use of Esri websites and online services provided by or through Esri websites or through Esri software (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Explorer, ArcGIS Server) is subject to the general use terms set forth in the Web Services and API Terms of Use [PDF] (E-800). Two examples of such online services are identified immediately below. Please note these two examples are not an all inclusive list of all online services provided by Esri.
