Product Name Changes at ArcGIS 10

Some of our software names have changed at ArcGIS 10. The name changes make it easier for you to identify the components you need for your mapping and charting solutions. All solutions can help you immediately produce geospatial data and cartographic products with industry-specific production requirements, streamline data creation and maintenance, and track the status and progress of jobs.

• Esri Aeronautical Solution (formerly Production Line Tool Set [PLTS] for ArcGIS - Aeronautical Solution)
• Esri Defense Mapping (formerly PLTS for ArcGIS - Defense Solution)
• Esri Nautical Solution (formerly PLTS for ArcGIS - Nautical Solution)
• Esri Production Mapping (formerly PLTS for ArcGIS - Foundation)

2010 Esri International User Conference SAG Award Winners

The Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) Award ceremony is held at the annual Esri International User Conference (Esri UC). The award celebrates organizations around the globe using GIS to improve our world. This year’s recipients include the Estonian Land Board and Mapping Specialists for their cartographic excellence, as well as the Instituto Geográfico Português for its work with SDI.

Community Maps Program

ArcGIS Online provides a common platform to find, share, and organize geographic content and build GIS applications. Esri can publish and host your authoritative content as part of a community basemap that GIS users can access freely as a map service.
