Once again Esri is pleased to offer a track in facilities management as part of two full days of user success stories, as well as Esri technical workshops to enhance your GIS skills. Registration is complimentary for federal employees. Register today.

Building Interior Space Data Model
Esri, with the help of facilities management organizations, has published a data model for creating, storing, and sharing information about structures and their assets. The building interior space data model (BISDM) is GIS based and will allow companies to more effectively share facilities data and collaborate with other technologies commonly used for real property portfolio, asset, and facilities management.

GIS for Managers - No-Cost Online Training Seminar
While GIS has been a popular technology historically in land planning, site selection, and resource management, the software’s use in facilities management has been underutilized. Incorporating a GIS into your existing IT infrastructure can increase the overall performance metrics of an organization. This complimentary 60-minute seminar will present case studies of companies and government agencies that have successfully implemented GIS to meet business goals and give managers, executives, and other decision makers an understanding of the business value of GIS.
