Delivery Network Expansion

This map illustrates a delivery network expansion performed by Verdi & Company for a financial institution looking to expand within Snohomish, King, Pierce, and Island counties, Washington. The financial institution was interested in expanding its network to include in-store as well as de novo branches in an attempt to complement its existing network. For use in this analysis, all supermarket locations as well as expansion opportunities, "voids," were plotted and listed on the tables within the map. The financial institution’s current trade areas are shown in orange, and the expansion areas based on the void locations are shown in light green.
