Downtown Boston

Applied Geographics Inc. (AppGeo) provides a wide variety of GIS-based consulting services to its clients, including high-quality cartographic products as either principal or supplemental deliverables. Detailed citywide planimetric and topographic base maps are used to produce city maps for real estate companies dealing with commercial properties. Shown here is a map of downtown Boston created for an AppGeo client, Jones Lang LaSalle. It classifies sections of downtown into several categories including nontower office, tower, proposed construction, retail, hotel, and public open space. The annotation included on each classified property indicates the address or the official name of the site.
