Good Shepherd Engineering & Computing (GSE)/Palestine Mapping Center (PalMap)

The “Bethlehem Tourist Map” was first published in 1999 and republished in 2009. It depicts one of the most important locations in Christianity. The map is an exclusively Palestinian work by PalMap, a part of GSE, that was created to encourage tourism and assist visitors while they are in Bethlehem. Many visiting the area require a directional map to see locations of historical and biblical importance. The map is a detailed street map with points of interest—including churches, mosques, and cultural centers from non-Christian traditions—for tourists, archeologists, and locals
