The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District is the regional flood management authority for the western portion of Riverside County, California. In addition to the planning, design, construction, and operation of drainage infrastructure, the district is also involved in determining, modifying, and managing major floodplains and writing flood hazard reports for proposed land developments.
