As the metropolitan planning organization for the nine-county Greater Philadelphia region, the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) assists a bistate, multijurisdictional region in envisioning and actively preparing for a sustainable future amidst energy and climate uncertainties. Food touches all of DVRPC's four major focus areas: improving transportation, promoting smart land-use decisions, protecting the environment, and enhancing the economy.
